Laura has “SOLD” our family on Springfield! We first met Laura a few years ago when she was helping one of our daughters and her husband find and purchase their first home. I was impressed then with her patience, dedication and knowledge. A year later she helped another of our daughters and her husband find and purchase their first home. Another great experience. When it was time for us to make the move to Springfield to be nearer to our daughters & husbands and now GRAND BABIES 🙂 we knew exactly who we wanted to work with! Laura is a PRO and you can count on her. From the first contact through the closing she was on top of things. She was available for our many questions about homes, neighborhoods, home values, etc. We were moving from out of state, which made our availability for viewing homes not ideal but she was able to arrange for us to see EVERY.SINGLE.ONE of homes we were interested in…Even if we were only in town for a day or two. With Laura’s help and knowledge we were able to buy the home of our dreams and we will enjoy our new home surrounded by our kids and grandkids for years to come! If you want a Realtor whose knowledge, performance, availability and communication are all things you can count on, then here she is! BTW, we still have one more daughter who will someday be looking for her first home 😉

We’ve worked with quite a few Realtors in our lifetime, really good Realtors too. We recently worked with a new realtor, Michelle Drummond, to sell our mom’s home and have been fantastically blown away by the process and experience of it all with Michelle. I have found it to be typical to find Realtors, business personnel in general, that start off with a bang! They’ll have heart and knowledge at go but around the mid to nearing the end they’ve lost their steam. The business may still be there but the heart has moved on to the next transaction. So it is truly rare to find a Realtor that stays ahead of the curve with constancy in their leadership skills and true heart, that they want you AND the other team to win. We found all of that with Michelle Drummond!!! She stays the course and follows through like no one else. What a true blessing she has been throughout the process of a very sensitive point in our lives. We will continue to use Michelle as we are so thankful for her!

I cannot express how much I respect and appreciate Laura as a Realtor and a person. To say she went out of her way and above and beyond doesn't begin to convey how dedicated she is to her clients. We met at an open house that I did not plan to attend. I was viewing a house in the neighborhood and the agent there asked if I had seen a nearby open house. As I was driving by I stopped for reasons I don't understand. I wasn't interested in the house, but that's where I met the only Realtor I will ever use. Her availability has been continuous. Her personality infectious. Her dedication unquestionable. She looked at houses on my behalf with my must have list as a guide. Never pressured me ever. With her help I've found the house of my dreams that I will enjoy every day I'm there. If and when I do decide to move on Laura is the only choice to help me do that. Love you girl! Recommending her to everyone I know! As an addendum to this review that I wrote directly after closing I am compelled to add how impressed I am with Laura's assistance after the sale. I had a few issues that were personally stressful regarding our purchase. Laura helped tremendously without us having to ask. She is a great Realtor and an amazing person. Do yourself a true favor and use her as your Realtor as we did. You won't be disappointed.

Laura Duckworth is the absolute best Agent to work with! She helped us through the whole process of listing our home! She got it sold and helped us find our new home, all in a very short time! Laura was always available for questions when we needed her, not just 9 to 5! She made the whole process such an easy experience! Michelle is what you're looking for in a Realtor, a person of high character and integrity. She's very responsive and attentive to your needs as she works hard to find the right match for you as buyer or seller. The flat-fee model is also excellent. Personally, she helped my mom through the process end-to-end, even going above and beyond multiple times. Now, my mother has a new friend, too.
